Transline offers custom printing with minimum quantities of 10,000 (10 boxes of 1000) on 2x2 and 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 uPVC coin flips. We can also make and print on any custom flip configuration, although minimum run requirements may vary depending on specifications.

Product and Size: The standard underlying product used for the printed coin flips is the Guardhouse 2x2 and 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 plastic flips with rounded corners. The material specification for these flips is a high quality uPCV, also known as unplasticized vinyl. Be sure to indicate if you are looking for 2x2 or 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 flips.
Art File: We can work with high quality PDFs or .jpgs with at least 300 dpi. However, for top quality assurance you will need to get us a print quality art file, which means an original .eps vector or Illustrator file along with the pantone colors for your artwork. Please do not submit a 72 dpi .jpg or .png copied from your website for print purposes. That will not work. For a high-quality print job that you'll be happy with, we'll need original quality art files.

Artwork Size: It's recommended that the artwork be submitted with a .jpg or PDF in the size to be printed. Canvas or trim size for the printable area of 2x2 flips is 1 3/4 x 1 3/4. For the 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 flip, trim size is 2 1/4 x 2 1/4.
